Enhanced Contract and Passes Audit

ProSolutions, Inc., awarded a contract under the Navy Virtual SYSCOM SeaPort Enhanced Multiple Award Contracts in July 2007, has passed a Defense Contract Audit Agency audit that approved ProSolutions' accounting system for said contract. The DCAA approval of ProSolutions' system is required in order for the company to receive cost type task orders. Companies without an "approved" system would still be eligible to propose and receive a firm fixed price task order but not be able to participate in cost type orders until their accounting system was approved. The approval means that ProSolutions will be able to service the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, on behalf of the Naval Sea Systems Command and the Navy Virtual SYSCOM (partners NAVSUP, NAVAIR, SPAWAR, and NAVFAC) and other Navy activities, in various IT related support services around the country.
The purpose of the SeaPort Enhanced (Seaport e) Multiple Award Contracts is to expand the contractor base to perform IT related service in 22 function service areas including Information System Development, Quality Assurance, Software Engineering, Configuration Management and Program support.
